WELCOME TO BATCH DESIGNWe hand craft unique bicycle frames and components for extreme riding: trial, dual, downhill, dirt and freestyle. Furthermore, we can custom build a frame for any cycling style or purpose. We use only Aerospace Titanium.

This model is just being test ridden, but we can already say that it's unbeatably strong, durable and pretty light at only 2000 grams!
It has a BMX variant bottom bracket set, though the standard MTB bb is optional. All parts are oversized and reinforced. Maybe it looks rather too svelte, but look closely and you'll see it's made from tough AEROSPACE TITANIUM: so it's super strong! It comes with removable derailleur hanger and adjustable length wheelbase.
We bored of traditional titanium gray color. Every human can not like the same thing whole his life. We decided to make something bright and unusual, hi-tech beautiful.
It was a time of long experiments. Finally we have found decision and reached excellent results.

We built and tested our new pro model prototype.

Components - RB design, BATCH design, MAGURA.
Test riding showed excellent results - this frame is very strong and springy in vertical and stiff , rigid in lateral.
Our friend - plane engineer holds our latest model - trial MOD bike prototype. Work name - KENICHI.We tried to use maximum of titanium properties in this model.
Geometry and loads were approved by special computer program. We calculated extremely hard condition.

Extreme unbeatable strong and durable. Our own original VPP system - no any close in function. Optional rear travel decreased from 14 (for dropping) to 9.1 inches for DH racing, but it's can be tuned up. A lot unusual features and adjustments.

Since original trial mod frame from GT company was unreachable, official distributor in this country ordered to us special replica project for its pro-rider. We made this frame totally from TITANIUM and it made this frameset eternal.
We changed a little bit their original construction to make it stronger and technological, having left the geometry to which rider has got used.
Our famous Kot model with some innovations - changed tubeset and dropouts, new reinforced chainstay CNC part - more power and jaggies protection.
Added protection on down tube and chainstay tubes (against side-hops).
Added top gusset - top tube/head tube.

You've entered an unusual place... as everything we make here is different to that of other bike manufacturers. We make unique products. Every frame is absolutely one-of-a-kind, conceived using CAD technologies by our experienced designer Sergei Batchinski. We specialize in working with titanium. Unlike most titanium producers who manufacture standard framesets for the mainstream market, we craft special frames and components for extreme bike riding styles such as trial, street, dirt, bmx, freestyle and downhill racing. However, we do also carry a range of standard models for x-country, touring and city biking. These bikes though are also rather different in that they're exceptionally strong and lightweight, which separates them from those frames of our competitors. Our specialty is custom made frames.
