Frames. Using technology

Material - AEROSPACE grade TITANIUM alloy 5/2.

Tubes - calibrated to a high precision.

Totally hand-made by our titanium experts.

DB	double butted tubing - special technology for ultralight and strong performance.
JMT	our unique technology giving strength with lightweight. We apply JMT technology to create our strong and extra-strong type of frames.
Rear stays curving (CS)	modern design for powerful rim brakes (seatstays), wide tires (chainstays) - optional in any combinations with straight stays.
Standard profile Tubing (ST)	used in standard serial products.
Wing - shaped profile Tubing (WT)	used in road racing and MTB custom frames. It increases vertical stiffness and aerodynamics.
Variable profile Tubing (VT)	provides strength and lateral stiffness; used in MTB custom frames (optional).
"O - shaped" profile Tubing (OT)	yields greater vertical stiffness, used in Triathlon custom frames and MTB custom frames (optional).
Gussets	welded where extra strength is required.
Surface finishing	comes in 3 variants: Glass Bead Blasted (GB Blasted)- process using high-pressure glass calibrated balls stream, gives a finish similar to matt silver. Highly Polished (HP)- hand-polished. Combination of the above two processes. By tradition we do not paint Titanium products in order to preserve the natural beauty of the material.
Frame sizes	from the bottom bracket center to the end of the seat tube.
Weight range	1350 - 1650 g (depends on the model and size).
